Jaelon had an oustanding senior season at Western Illinois, leading the Leathernecks to the FCS playoffs and being named All-American in the process.

Jaelon's head coach, Charlie Fisher has put a number of receivers into the NFL over the years including Torry Holt, Koren Robinson, Earl Bennett, Lance Lenoir, etc. and is a great source of reference as to Jaelon's ability to play at the next level.
